We seek to address and solve this global cancer of mass-incarceration and recidivism by focusing on their root-cause – mental illness. This will be enabled by the advances in technology, namely; Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Biotech. We have developed a next-generation, highly-secure, wearable device that will not only track the user’s location 24/7, but also detect and measure certain chemicals in their bloodstream. If a user’s prescribed medicine’s chemical composition drops below a certain threshold, an alert is immediately sent to their case manager for proactive intervention, before a new incident may occur, resulting in the prevention of new crime.
